Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Tiny Stiches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

2. Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Personalized or custom-made items (including embroidered or name-customized products) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@tinystiches.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at contact@tinystiches.com.

• Exchanges for different colors, sizes, or designs are subject to stock availability.

5. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may have already started processing the order, and cancellation may not be possible.

• Custom orders cannot be canceled after they have been put into production.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

• If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at contact@tinystiches.com.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will provide a replacement or refund based on your preference.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized and custom-made products

• Clearance or final sale items
